Blocking my accounts!

There was a block on my credit card, I went into the branch to find out why, they told me to make a payment of R100 and they would lift the block. I paid the R100 on the spot, and the other day I made my regular payment. Today I tried to make a purchase on my credit card and it's still blocked! So what's the point of me taking time off of work to go into the bank with their ridiculous hours, doing excatly what they ask me to, and still being messed around bcuz they don't know how to do their job! Why bank with a bank who is quick to take your money but not give you access to your accounts!
