Too lazy to listen to voice recordings

8-ta is not in a position to read emails, listen to voice recordings and actually do basic accounting.

Every time 8-ta suspends my account due to a disputed outstanding amount I subtract the days of not being able to use my phone from the next monthly bill - I inform the consultant every time.

This in turn increases the outstanding amount and 8-ta suspends me again. On January's bill I will subtract the days counting back to 21 January until I am back online

The amount of calls I have made to 180 and emails I had written to the 8-ta shop in Hatfield are enough to keep a consultant busy for a year.

8ta, Please do the following:
1) listen to all my calls (by law you need to keep record!) and read all the correspondence from Linah Marema explaining the amount in dispute
2) please respond to my feedback dated 02.12.2013
3) please give me feedback to case number 7251087 which you claim is sorted out. I have not received feedback nor the free minutes you owe me according to contract.
4) Please have the customer service manager call me or email me so we can sort this out. I need to communicate with someone that understands accounting and is not paid for writing "case closed"
