Waited for 1.5 months to move my adsl line!!

We moved at the end of march. Before we moved, we went to Telkom shop to move our adsl line to the new address. But we were informed that we cannot change the address in the shop, instead, we have to call the Telkom call center, which we did after back from the shop. After waiting on the line for 30 mins, finally a lady answered my call, and helped me to move my adsl line to new address, then she told me she will send me SMS with the reference number, but i never received this SMS!!! So i keep calling them ask for my reference number, but everytime i waited for 15-25mins on the phone, no one answer!! I gave up. I went to Telkom shop again, ask the staff to check if my order for move the line is in their system, the answer was no order shows in their system!!! So i had to phone the call center again to do everything over, eventually i made it.
Until now, after 1.5months of waiting, i still dont have internet! I have been told, there is sth wrong with the port outside, and they dont know when they can solve the problem!!!
what kind of service is this??? We are really upset by this delay and want to reverse our bill and cancel the service!
