While upgrading Bad Attitude / Breach of Contract

I was dealt with, with a very bad Attitude by two of Vredenburg Vodashops staff members.. one pulling faces because I told him I do not want to deal with him then another making accusations of a threatening nature towards my person and then still telling me they are going to call the security because I was complaining about the service. False information was fed to the Owner/Manager Floris that believed their staff and not even hear my side of the story.. while I am speaking continuously interrupting me when I am speaking not giving me a chance to finish, and then on top of that placing wrong info on system of the contract that I entered into on the Vodacom system. I called head office and client liaison office and it is now 4 days down the line and my new contract is still not activated.. Thus breach of contract. I requested the CFO to speak to me and they were all in meetings and I held on for nearly 40 minutes.. waiting on the cell phone on my cost and still no one has come back to me. Rentia Naude ex PA for the CFO said a Graham Anderson would get back to me and it has been nearly two hours and still nothing. Package is still not activated. I have already paid it ..???
