I return a blackberry 9720 back to the store with in 7 days because it was giving endless problems now to my surprice no one gives me a answer when will I receive the other phone everyone is playing hide and sick, I've been made a full by all these consultants, all of them they a saying they gonna phone me, but at the end the don't,
If this matter is not sorted out by today I will take my money somewhere else wher they will treat me with respect.
