Good Day

I took my Blackberry curve 8520 to Jet Store on 29 December 2012 for insurance as the keypads, software and battery were giving me problems. The phone was booked in up until today I have not heard anything from Hollard cellphone insurance. I have a feeling the gonna come with a story that they will not fix my phone why they taking too long.
