I had both of my phones upgraded on the 10-07-2013 Wednesday, going forward with a new contract I took two new cellphone which are Blackberry Z10 and Samsung galaxy S4. Out of this two phone only Galaxy is working perfectly fine as the Blackberry only worked one day for the following two days was as you could not receive or make calls phone and to make matter worse even though its on, its forever blank irrespective of what you do. I have called MTN several times talking to different consultants and their managers as much as sending a complain on MTN site to have the matter sorted because as things stands I am stuck with a phone that I am paying over R400.00 a month for it but its not working. I am being send from pillar to post to no avail. I am surprised as I have been with thus network for over 7 yrs but I get treated like this. Thats too much money I ma paying a month. Blackberry Z10 its phone all I need its new complete different phone. As things stand I am not happy with MTN, they are only happy to sell their products to you but when having problems you left in a limbo.
