I bought a blackberry 9300 and its giving me endless problems

I have purchased a blackberry 9300 last year december 23rd, after 2months the phones scroller started giving trouble then the software gave in resulting in the phone giving a white screen, I then returned the phone which was sent away for repairs. When I got the phone back, it worked for 2 weeks and the phone is back to square one, I then went back to Forschini and told them about it, I was then told they will need to send it back for repairs again, I then asked them what if the phone gives a problem again and they said they will send it away again for repairs. I told them I am not able to do so, as the phone is used for work purposes and I can't afford not to have a phone as I don't have a spare phone, I asked if they can give me another phone of the same value which will not give me endless problems, they then told me they can't, as result of the phone giving me endless problems, I have lost work, because I work for myself, I am extremely dissappointed, as per the CPA I can determine if the phone should be repaired or replaced, I have gone the route of repairing the phone and yet I still have the same problem, I am not going to leave it like this
