Telkom is taking me for a ride, they have been chatging me for a 10meg libne speed while my area only supports 4 meg I downgraded to a 4 meg a week ago, was told the downgrade order will take a maximum of 72 hours its been over a week and telkom has yet to downgrade my line, I have phoned repeatedly and each time i get another excuse why it is not done yet, I am paying for a service that i cant use and it seems like telkom refuses to downgrade my line
