Wrong bill and and being billed for their errors

2012 July I upgraded for a 12 month contract and they loaded a 24 month contract, no correspondence after reporting. Then 2013 when u called I was allowed to upgrade, for again 12 months. Then I was due for an upgrade again and contract agreement was including 1 GB. And the bill was to be R999. Then when the first bill came I was billed R2130 since Sept 2013 till to date I'm being billed wrong. I have exhausted all avenues with their system hope I can be billed correctly as promised. Don't know who to ask for help. Seems like their system in resolving my matter. I was promised by Dec. 2013 this will be resolved. Still pending I can't pay R2130 as billed again for Jan 2014. I can't be billed for their error in the system. I only have R999 available for payment nothing extra. Please help I have been send to up and down no joy at all.
