I reported a fault on my. Internet. To the dsl technical fault call center. Which they told me its a problem on my line and. Will dispatch a tecnichian to check out the problem its been nearly 2 weeks and several phone calls and problem also been escalated as urgent. It fell on deaf ears no response at all which is pathetic and unacceptable now I know there's been a outage but I believe it didn't affect my area. Knowing. People in my area didn't have that problem. Mine is totally off. And does it take so long to fix.this. Please telkom. Your service stinks ref. 78cwk120114 nb telkom technician assign last wk tuesday already.
