DRIFTERS PROMISED WITH TAB ON DEAL FOR R299PM

I applied for 2 X Samsung Tab 3 on contract at the end of November, included a drifter for R 299-00.
I collected my Tabs that was out of stock on the 7 December but was PROMISED to receive the first drifters that arrive. In December I phoned Martin at your 4 U shop at Carnival Mall 915-7777 and now the story changed. Now it was until stock last but it was promised on the deal that I signed. When contacting VODACOM customer services I was informed that that specific deal comes with a drifter in the same box as the TAB! So Martin knew and kept me misinformed. I wanted the drifter as was advertised with the Tabs otherwise I would have signed with someone ells! Now I still need to pay the R299-00 but without the drifter where I could have signed with incredible connection for R279 without the drifter. They should not make promises to customers to cling the deal and when push comes to shove give the excusse that it is out of stock.. I waited 2 weeks for the TAB's by that time Martin should have realized that I will not be getting the drifters and not kept on lying. VODACOM - Renzo promised me that Martin will phone me back and I am still waiting. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM 10 JANUARY 2014
