My upgrade nightmare with Vodacom continues. I'm at a stage where I realised I will never accept a special deal from Vodacom again. The very helpful staff in the cancellations department are quick to offer you a special deal when you cancel. But the systems are unable to cope with these deals.

Vodacom please come and collect your phone! How can it take you since mid December when this was first reported? Again Tuesday last week. So it's been 6 days again since I reported the matter. At least now my data works but I'm paying for it while it should be deducted from the data allocated to the contract. When will this be corrected and will I be compensated for what I paid to date??? All feedback is that you are working on the problem. What a joke. I get a notification that you added 1GB of data. I cannot access this and I still pay while it will expire anyway if not used. I've lost all confidence in you!

Please just cancel my contact as you are not keeping up your side of the agreement. Whats my next option? The Consumer Commission?
