Sanlam H/Q Vodacom is the Worst eve

Vodacom has a promotion on data where if you are on prepaid you pay R29 and you get 100mb data. i went to the Vodacom store in Sanlam H/Q and asked if i could buy the data. the manager was so rude she just said no they dont sell the data on R29 i must pay R49 the more I tried to explain the more she went at it that the data is not a special. i called the vodacom call center and the adviser on the phone said that Vodacom does have a special on their data I ask the adviser if she would like to speak to the manager and the manager didnt want to speak to her. this is the 2nd time i had a problem with the manager of the store I am not sure if she is but the professional thing that she could have done was told me that she will check on the system if they have access to the special and then give me an answer.

with service like this from Vodacom it really make a person want to look at other cellular providers. because if Vodacom is a employees people like her i dont want to know what else they are capable of doing.
