Worst service I have ever experienced

Hi

I have an account with one of the worst cellphone providers in the world 8ta/ Telkom Mobile ever since I took a contract I have been having the same billing problems with them and all they do is to put the blame on and they are not at fault.

This time around they have gone too far, as it already I have been trying to change ownership of the cellphone to my little brother's name and yet again it has been a mission and a hlaf as we have put from pillar to post.

Last week I received an sms from them stating that there is an amount of R987.00 outstanding I then called in and spoke to one of the agents (Nkanyiso Magubana) and I have explained the whole ordeal to him and he said "It is not a problem you can the 987.00 this month end." and I was surprised when my line was blocked today in the morning.

I then called in and spoke to the Zama Hlobo who claimed to be a supervisor and if she is one she needs to be taken for proper training and after 2 hours I am still waiting for her call back since she promised to call back after 15 min

I am beyond upset with this and I need it to be sorted out so I can procced with my work load
