AGENT CALLED BACK ON MY CELLPHONE AND SWORE AT ME

Hi, I am a Telkom customer. I called Telkom (From 0119814729) to report a fault regarding the landline. I got connected to the fault dept and I spoke to Roshni and managed to log the fault for me. Later when I told her I have some queries regarding my account, she transferred me to the Accounts Dept, sadly I dont remember the name of the lady who took the call there. She spoke rudely to me from the beginning, her tone was bad and she was not at all polite.she was very arrogant. In the end before I hung up the call I told her she needs to learn how to speak politely to her customers. Within 1 minute I get a blocked call to my cellphone and she swears at me badly and hangs up. I know it was her from her voice but like i said I sadly dont remember the name. I was shocked&upset :( I then called Telkom to complaint regarding this and I spoke to the supervisor and he says that agent didnt put a call comment/call log hence he cant find out who the agent is. He said he will try and trace it somehow but I know that is not going to happen. I dont understand how they cannot see who called me. She should be fired or atleast apologize to me for this rude behavoiour. I feel like cancelling Telkom
