Badly trained ineffective staff!

This morning i was on the phone for 3 hours and spoke to 6 people and no-one can, in plain english, tell me what is going on with my account. I spoke to Bomkazi (who put me on hold for almost 10 minutes while looking for a supervisor), then Fabio Phillip who promised to get Leon Pillay to call me back within an hour, which HE DID NOT DO. I called him back after two hours. Leon clearly does not know the differance between and invoice and a credit note. He then hung up on me! I then called back and spoke to Bongisiwe and Sezokae, both times asking to speak to leon who refused to take my call. I then spoke to Bomkazi Dlamini again who told me that the only person qualified to sort out my problem was Leon, who still REFUSED to speak to me. Bomkazi, tried to help me, but a MANAGER, and apprantly there are no managers who work on the weekends, so I left a message for a MANAGER to call me back. Telkom mobile have made a complete dogs breakfast of my account. I don't know what i owe or when the amounts are going to be debited. For some reason my debit orders are coming back to you as insufficient funds which is impossible and no-one can tell me why. Really - why are your staff so bad!
