PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN

I received a statement from MTN stating that I owe them R987.00 due to my account being overdue, which is IMPOSSIBLE as I've had money in my account. And even with a failed debit order, I get a notification via sms from my bank and I got NONE! I DO NOT WANT that total of R987.00 to be taken of my account as it is not my problem that MTN has not done their job properly by deducting my monthly payments.
And to top it off, I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE last night from MTN call center..Firstly, trying to get through to an agent is a mission on its own. I got to an agent and explained my situation to him, then asked for a manager. I then spoke to supervisor, Demiso. Who conveyed my situation as the agent explained to him completely INCORRECT. After explaining it yet again, he said he cannot help me as the systems were down. I asked him to call me back regardless of the systems been on or off. I spoke to him at 5:15pm. At 9:50pm I had still not received a call back, I then phoned MTN again and asked for Demiso, who afterwards spoke to me like I'm stupid. And he said he was going to phone me back before he left work. how can you phone a customer back so late?! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
