SUPER DUPER SERVICE!!!

Towards the end of last year I had a nasty experience with MTN Insurance when trying to claim. Calls were not being answered, i held for up to 45 minutes and was cut off, e-mails were not sent when they should have been etc. Today was a totally different story. I phoned to cancel my MTN Insurance on my handset because of my bad experience last year. However - to my suprise, the phone was answered in record time by Vibha Gandabhai. Vibha professionally assisted me, answered all my questions, was friendly and polite and I received her e-mail within minutes of putting the phone down. No, the e-mail was not a form to cancel my insurance, but rather to update my handset details :-) Vibha's service has convinced me to keep my handset insured with MTN. What a great start to the year - thank you Vibha!
