My name is Wesley, I signed a contract with virgin mobile in December 2011 which was the worst mistake of my life. Shortly afterwards I found that the debit order didn't work as the pavilion staff members informed me and I had to change my debit date. I called the call center and changed my debit date to the 15th. The date comes and goes. No debit is done and my phone line is cut. I call the call center and they reset it they tell me it will be debited the same day... Next day my line is cut again... This continued for 3 days and I had to shout at numerous people and then finally it got sorted out. There was more issues later on when they just cut my data line just before new year. I had to fight with the most condescending staff I have ever delt with and had to wait 40 minutes on the phone for a manager to speak to me after being constantly told that I can't talk to a manager and having people laugh and state that talking to a manager won't make a difference... This also took 3 days to 4 days and not feeling like I'm really being helped at all. Then I cancel my contract and more mistakes... Worst service ever!! I have sent mails confirming cancelation but no reply
