I bought a BlackBerry phone on a contract package which includes; R100 airtime, 25 SMS and BlackBerry Internet Service for the duration of the contract (24 months). Since from last year around October I've been losing airtime daily.

MTN consultants are telling me that its "internet charges", I am certain that the things I do on the net should be covered by BIS. I know what BIS covers and I ONLY do just that.
Please help me with this problem.
