SO MUCH FOR GETTING BACK TO ME!!!

I wrote a report last week (Tuesday 8/ January) complaining on the charges on my Blackberry contract. And within an hour I got response from Cell C saying that "Ayanda" would be in contact with me the following day. Well it seems that was one big PR exercise because I still havent heard from "Ayanda" or anyone else from Cell C since then! In the meantime I'm still having the same problems!

What's even more annoying is that they dont seem to understand my query! Maybe I should put it in plainer English: I cannot browse the internet if I dont have airtime. And I don't mean BIS, I mean AIRTIME. If I try to go on the web without airtime, even though my BIS is activated, an error message pops up saying that I must recharge before going on to the internet as Cell C customers need to have at least R1 airtime to browse. Now as you can imagine, this is not why I buy BIS monthly!

I really hope they dont respond with some generic response about how someone is going to get back to me, because that would be as useless as their Blackberry package! It's pathetic the level of service I've received. I mean I've struggling with the same problem for almost a year now!
