Contract sold with false info!

I have taken out a contract middle last year . when I took out the contract we specifically ask if the contract include ALL internet charges, the sales rep told me and my wife that the BIS on the contract covers all internet charges, that includes unlimited downloads, views ect, that I will not be charge for internet use, since I got the contract I'm being charge each month /- R100.00 extra for internet charges! this is unacceptable! and I would like the contract to be set right, for it was sold to us under false pretenses, I refuse to pay the extra amount on this contract form this month. (31/01/13)
for im being charge over a hundred rand extra for internet charges that should have been included in the contract. im very disappointed in cell C, I have logged a complaint over a month ago and have not receive any feedback, if this issue is not resolved by the end off the week, I will stop the debit order on my account and will not be responsible for the charges
