MTN my wifes account. We manage to fixed it ofter 3 months. Now they charged us for the miustake that they did. I'm trying from the 06 Januyary to rectefy the account and up to now there is no change. Its so bad that not even the MTN shop in alberton knows what to do any more. they log a call aswell: Request REQ:3102348 Initial Notification and they can not even get it right.

What a joke!!!
