Second initial finance charge after 25 months

I have just received my statement dated May and found that after half way through my finance period, an initial charge has been levied against my account.
It would seem that my account has been moved without notice and 11.5 thousand rand charged to me. This would mean that I would again need the shortfall insurance that was cancelled just the other because my finance value had dropped below insured value. How can this be legal?
I did not receive notice of the account change, neither would I expect that I would be liable for an unauthorised change. I need my account credited with this second initial charge.
Tried to phone the customer care and after holding for 10 minutes, I can only assume that they have MANY unsatisfied clients. They also have not responded via email.
