Good day

About 2 months ago I changed bank accounts. I went into the Alberton city branch to change bank account details. Nothing was done i'm still getting calls from markhams collection department that my account is 2 payments behind. Im getting charge penalty from the bank for debit orders that's bouncing. I don't know what to do any more. they passing the buck every single day im very disappointed in the service will never buy from them again. just want to pay my account.
