Over Charged - Unexplained billing???

This will now be the second month that I receive a Triple-the-normal-billing statement, where there are unexplained charges to my account. I even requested a detailed billing statement, where there is no detailed per second billing indicating what, when and where was the charges precisely made. I was charged extra for internet usages even though I still have data left at the end of a month. All of the previous months I payed a normal fixed amount and now suddenly (almost a year after I upgraded) these charges are sky high!!!.. Last month I payed the account, this month there is no way I am going to settle the "oustanding amount" without any explanation!!... So fed-up with aotopage. No one can ever help me at the call centre. I have previously requested a mangerto phone me, still hasn't happened. The staff at the autopage shop can never explain anything. Then when phoning the head store, they don't return your call or also have the "we will get back to you" excuse. No one can ever answer any questions and we should just pay without asking questions. I will definetly take this further this time
