As you can see, I have been incorrectly billed on 5 occasions for this year so far. That's all I checked.
Incorrect upgrade fees
Promo fees even though I am out of term
BIS on a Blackberry Z10 (where we don't use BIS).
I then go into the Dbn Service center to hand in the Z10 because it's already faulty, whilst there I decide to downward MIGRATE my 839876918 from TU100 to TU50.
Now I find out that my line was UPGRADED/RENEWED. AArrrggghhh!!!

CANCEL THE UPGRADE ON 0839876918
Process ALL the credits above & add one for the Upgrade fee when you cancel. Making the credits 6 for this year.

I am sick and tired now MTN.

I have screenshots to prove that I wait for >30 minutes to get through on 808.
I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE.
You mess up my billing, you rob and me, you make me wait for HOURS, you renew without my knowledge, you have unskilled staff answering the phone.
