Outrageous data pricing

I am disgusted by the what Vodacom charges for Data. I got billed over 400 rand for a measly 200mb of data.
That literally. I don't see how that's in any way fair or just. I wasn't even trying use use data, that's what my phone requires for basic functioning. I need to turn my smart phone into a dumb phone just so I don't get an aneurysm viewing my bill. Believe me, I've I had a choice I'd be off Vodacom faster than speed of light.
