I entered into a data contract 2 years ago. The contracts were supposed to come to an end, end of September 2013. I gave notice during the month of August 2013 informing MTN that I will not upgrade on the 2 accounts. My notice was send through to the MTN head office whom processed my request with immediate effect which meant that my data was disabled during the month of September 2013. I followed up with several calls to your customer service to get the tablets up and running again. A week before month end September 2013 my data was activated again. The data was then supposed to be deactivated again end of September 2013 as per my notice in August 2013. However this was not done. Mtn continue to deduct the monthly installment. I have complained numerous times through social media and through your email address. I received a reference number a month ago but no resolution. #7407833
