I signed up for a 24 month contract with Telkom Mobile on 7 September 2013 the contract would give me 1GB data per month, on 8 September 2013 I received an sms stating that i no longer have DATA available. I knew that i would get prorated data but at the same time also did not expect it to be that little i queried this with the sales person that helped me with the initial contract she claimed to have sent through a query of which i'm still waiting on a response and today is 15 Oct 2013. On 1 October 2013 new data was uploaded as per the norm data is always updated on the 1st of each month, on 2 Oct 2013 I received an sms to state that i only have 100mb left of the 1GB that i had just received less than 24 hours ago. I now call 180 from my cell phone to query this a "case" was logged and a turnaround time of 48 hrs was given, but guess what today 15 October after multiple phone calls to query I am still waiting for a response. I have many other stories to tell about the horrendous service received and I am seriously appalled and disgusted but that this would be the service that I receive is totally beyond me. Please help.
