For the past almost 8 month i have been complaining and every now and than i would be put at ease by your empty promises, till this day i still have the same issue, nothing has been done and every single person i have dealt with keeps on telling a different story. I am fed-up! Do you have anyone capable of resolving the issue i have with you?
