My 24 month contract was up in January 2013. As I did not wish to continue with it I cancelled it in November 2012 as per Virgin T&C's. After numerous calls and e-mails to Virgin to confirm that this issue has been dealt with, this morning I receive another sms informing me that another debit will be going through. This is costing me thousands. Virgin have been totally unco-operative. And even though their systems indicate that my story is true and correct, no solution is in sight. I am still holding on after being on the telephone for 20 minutes and am no closer to resolving this issue. Virgin mobile are ripping me off and illegally debiting my account. Please help.
