Mweb/Cell C 3G issue

My wife and I purchased the Mweb/Cell C 3G package from Mweb at Canal Walk about 3 months ago. Being in the IT industry myself (extensive experience in Telecoms and IT internationally as well as locally) I have to admit I was uneasy about dealing with Cell C indirectly and for the fact of coverage but was assured by the sales person at Mweb Canal Walk that Graaf-Reinette fell well within coverage area and that it would work. Well surprise surprise 3 months later and it still does not work and the buck is being passed between Mweb to Cell C and visa versa with no resolution anywhere in sight. Worst yet, every month I'm being charged for a service that cannot be used. I'm utterly frustrated as I'm getting nowhere resolving this issue, all I want is my money already paid refunded and my 12 month contract cancelled. I think everyone would agree that I have been more than patient. Mweb/Cell C, will someone take ownership of this issue, actually I've lost my patience, please just refund me, this has been a horrible customer experience!
