I cannot use a freaken thing that has someone else's password on!! Cancel this contract and remove me from your database!! You clearly have no customer service background whatsoever!! You are incompetent and the worse company I've ever dealt with.

No one has the decency to call me or even confirm whether a new laptop has been dispatched, yet you've deducted R800 from my account!
