I have been experiencing issues with my ADSL line for the past 2 months now. I have an uncapped 4mb (previously 2mb before the upgrade) line with telkom as my ISP. I am having slow speeds during the evenings and on weekends (speed test: 0.98), but the internet seems alot better during the day (speed test: 2.9Mbps) but is still not at full capacity for a 4Mb line. I have tried other unshaped ISP's and have found the same issue. There is clearly something wrong here.

I have complained about this several times already and nothing seems to be done about this. I have even logged a fault on the telkom website 5 December and received no response. What is the point of upgrading people if you cant provide a simple service.
