Cell C
Charged for an UnUtillised Contract

I had ordered a cellphone from Cell C in November 2013 and it was delivered in 3days. After realising that it did not appeal to me as i thought, then i requested for it to be collected and i had not used it nor switched it on. I was told it would b collected within 7days but it took 12days... i later called to find out if i can take the iPhone, then im told the contract has to b cancelled 1st. They cancel it but December they deducted. Iv emailed n called but recieved no call back whatsoever since december!! It is sooo disappointing for a network iv used since for so long. Why cant i get any form of revert back from Cell C?? Im furious because they are likely to deduct again this month. Please HELP URGENTLY!
