Can somebody who works at Telkom please get back to me this is getting ridiculous. I applied for a line in November the consultant advised that I won't have any problems cancelling the line. I've been trying since December to have it cancelled I've never used the line. In the meantime I'm getting billed. The numbers is not working.
Does Telkom have any people working there cause the phones are just ringing.
