Telkom Line Down Since June

Telkom has been giving a dismal service since June 2013 - firstly it was an exchange problem and than a technician came and removed my line later in the year and never returned ever since - ref 39ark180513.

I then cancelled my line end of November. Telkom instead cancelled my Service Provider agreement to the line rental which is fine but instead of cancelling the account they load their ADSL subscription to my account on the 12 of December 2013 and bill me for a service I did not request.

They should refund all the money they have billed since June.
