False information at time of sale

I recently purchased a phone from the Tygervalley shopping centre branch of Vodashop from a sales representative named Jacques. On viewing the phone I was assured that it had a 32gig storage capacity but once I got it home and charged the unit I discovered that it had only 8gig's I have complained and been sent from pillar to post and to date they have taken the unit back but refuse to give me a refund stating that I had been given the correct information even though I have a witness and have told them that I am willing to undergo a detector test, I have also been told that I have to take another phone from their branch which to me is blackmail as I can get the unit I want at half the price elsewhere.
