Mislead - Refund outstanding

I was contacted by the branch manager after my previous complaint on the 12th November 2013.
The contract was canceled and the device was collected, but Elite Mobile still debited my account.
I lodge a complaint, nobody contacted me. I went to Vodacom at 5 Simmonds Johannesburg CBD 20th December 2013 where they confirmed that the contract was still NOT canceled, we phone them and yet again they promised to contact me and refund me.
I phone them again on the 7th January 2014, again they would have come back to me...
Needles to say, I'm still waiting for feedback as well as my refund!
