Never Upgrade with Elite Mobile - here is why

I received numerous calls from Elite Mobile to inform me my Vodacom contract is due for renewal. After several calls the sales agent pursued me to do the upgrade via them and not direct with Vodacom. One of the perks were that I would only pay the upgrade fee at the end of the month.

1) they never explained that my current contract is still in place until the next month EVEN if you receive your new device & have done a sim swap. I used the device as if I'm on my new contact using data & sms, which Vodacom now confirmed they will be billing me for. Elite claimed it was explained to me on the recording. Upon requesting to listen to the recording I've not had any feedback. This is now 2 week later...

2) They informed me the upgrade fee will be taken from my account at month end. On 20th the amount for the upgrade was debited from my account which was unexpected and have cost me additional bank charges.

I am furious and hope to achieve results (as their website was also down for 2 days doing 'maintenance') and no one seems to come back to me despite me contacting them several times.
