Where do I begin? I logged an internet query 3 days ago and I have not recieved any feedback from Telkom's call centre. Called today to follow up - waited 15 minutes for assistance - nothing, i had to hang up. This is not acceptable! All i request is for someone to come to my house and transfer wifi/telephone line from one room to the other as i have just renovated. i use wifi for business as I work from home so please please can you help me!!!
