Still waiting for Supervisor to phone me

I cancelled my post paid Telkom telephone line as well as my ADSL line at home end of July 2013. End of August I phoned Telkom again (as I had to give 30 days notice on my previous service set up) and requested that they convert my old post paid line to pre-paid and to also enquire about their WIFI internet options. I was told that my line is still active and has not been cancelled as yet. I had to phone again on the 6th of Sept. I did so and again had to tell my whole story, when I was told that a supervisor will contact me to confirm all my details to activate my new service, nothing, I phoned again two days later, again told a supervisor will phone, again nothing. I continued to phone EVERY WEEK, and kept on being told a supervisor will phone me. This is now END OF SEPTEMBER and still not one phone call from Telkom but almost 20 from me.

How long must I wait to end this service as I can not run an ADSL line and WIFI at the same time. I need this resolved ASAP as I had to pay a huge bill again this month. Totally unacceptable and tired of being told a supervisor will phone me, as NO ONE even bothers to phone me.
