I renewed my contracts with autopage on the 14th of December 2013. One of the contracts was coming out with a TV. I was told that the tv will be delivered by Samsung. I am still waiting. I tried complaining at the rustenburg shop but was given numbers to call. I called and got nowhere with courierit. Autopage gave courierit the contract to deliver to their customers, shouldn't they be the ones who call them? No wonder I got an attitude and false promise when I tried to call them myself. They know very well that I have got no leg to stand on.

I feel that autopage should try harder to assist their clients. We deserve better than what we are getting from autopage. I have 3 contracts with them, I can't wait for 2015 December 14. Won't be renewing them all. I have seen quite a few complaints from autopage customers about courierit, it's not too difficult to see that the chosen courier isn't cut up for this kind of business. This are the new times were everything needs to be delivered before the promised time. Friendship aside, do the job you are being paid for or the business should be given to well established courier companies. Not amateurs who knows nothing about courtesy
