Line barred with no money outstanding

On 27/12/2013 my line was soft-barred because I had a limit imposed due to me being a new customer, and I had over-spent. I received an sms stating my line will be barred until R390 is paid OR until 01/01/2014. So I promptly paid R400 to Autopage. I called the call centre on Saturday morning and my line was re-instated. No hassles. Until the 31st. I received another sms saying I had gone over my limit and my line has been barred. This happened at about 2pm. I spent the next 6 hours dialling the call centre about 6 times trying to find a reason. All we established was that I owed Autopage R0.00.Every agent I spoke with re-connected my line, and the minute I hung up, I was disconnected again. I requested that the supervisor on shift (Alden) call me back. He never did. I was forced to spend NYE without a cellphone that could make calls. Though the issue is NOW resolved, I am not impressed. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as it ends, as the customer service is truly DISGUSTING. The agents are ignorant and have no clue how to help a customer let alone talk to one. If my line is EVER barred again and I don't owe any money, I will cancel and you won't receieve another cent from me!
