Poor customer service and dont care attitude

On the 24th of November 2013 my cell phone line was block at approximately around 19:30 without any explanation and we logged an enquiry on Monday and I was told that it will take 48 hours to resolve it and the representative from Autopage mention that the fault is not on their side, it was vodacom. I called vodacom today just to verify what Autopage has said and vodacom did confirm that the line is barred by our service provider which Autopage. I therefor called Autopage today (26/11/13) and they mentioned another story after I requested to speak to their supervisor that has confirm that it was my wife that called vodacom to soft lock our line. Autopage has coursed me and my wife to fight and also to lose an income of about R14385. My wife called again and they apologize just by saying it was an error from vodacom after accusing her of calling. The service is just pathetic and we don't want to do business with a company that has a don't care attitude together with their staff. I would also like them to give an offer of settling without penalizing us for early settlement as we are being inconvenience buy them.
