Absolutely pathetic service

I apparently owe Autopage R600-R900 (the amount keeps changing each time I contact them). I have a debit facility on my Discovery Credit Card, but for some reason, they say some of the amount put through did not go through last month. This has happened in 2012, and after NUMEROUS calls then I was assured this wouldn't happen again. It's now happened again this month, and nobody at Autopage can explain to me how much I owe them, why I owe it to them, and how much I actually paid them this last month.

I spoke to Joseph Moloto on 04 March and he told me he would send me a recon. I still haven't received it and this morning got another sms from Autopage threatening to suspend my account because I owe them R640 (last week, it was R900). I phoned them again, and it turns out the recon was sent to the incorrect email address (an utterly wrong address of someone I've never even heard of). I just spoke to yet another person at Autopage, and she cannot tell me either how much I owe them, and how to fix this. I'm still waiting for my recon, so I can see how much I paid, how much I owe, etc. so that I can actually do an EFT.

The service from Autopage is beyond pathetic.
