Vodacom responds positivaly with my account query

I had a complaint with my account and after a number of visits to Fourways & Cradle of Man Kind Malls, I received a call from the accounts department Mr Shameegh Frieslaar who was very understanding and help full with my query.
They sorted out my account to my satisfaction.
