I had R300 debited from my account for an airtime transfer which I never made. After logging a query with Vodacom, I received a call from Vodacom informing me that this was a transaction and my account would be credited. After numerous calls and visits to customer care at Vodaworld, this query has not even been assigned to anyone to resolve. When questioning how long this will take, the response was there is a huge backlog and no ETA can be given. I wanted to do a Sim swop, which was refused due to the outstanding R300. I was told that I have to pay the R300 before a Sim swop would be done. I was then transferred to a team leader or supervisor who assured me that this will be sorted by Monday 27/1/14.By the way this query was logged on 4/11/13! I insisted on getting the supervisors cell number which by the way just rings and when calling the number I originally called on Friday 24/1/14, there is no such a person working there. How Vodacom can get away with this level of service, and deceit is beyond me. I challenge anyone from Vodacom to address this issue and not pass the buck like you have being doing for the last 3 months but I don't expect to hear from you!
